I can't deal with hand held cameras .. I was feeling very sick during much of Cloverfield.

Frankly Count .. I don't give a damn!

I was entertained by Cloverfield. It was a decent plot, and the acting was ok, but I was a little woozy from the camera work, too.

Pauspy

Supernatural, perhaps; baloney, perhaps not.

I agree with Flower -- hand-helds are a Blair Witch headache waiting to happen!

I did enjoy Cloverfield.  Like Charp, it had a decient plot and ok acting.  I would be interested in a sequel only if explainations were done.

I liked Cloverfield, and thought it was actually one of the creepiest and most frightening movies in many, many years.  I would rather they did not make a sequel, though--the original ending is just perfect.
Beautiful moving, shifting colors!

I enjoyed Cloverfield quite a bit. A very entertaining monster movie. I wouldn't mind a sequel, but it really dosen't need one.

I remember reading somewhere that the proposed sequel would be the same event, told from the viewpoint of the guy with the videocamera on the bridge. Uh, no thanks.

I agree. Some things are best left alone. In five or ten years some bonehead will probably do a remake anyhow. *Muttley voice*.......saggerfraggerragger........*Muttley snicker*

My son and I loved Cloverfield ( my son was so into the viral internet info). We're both Godzilla fans, so any giant monster film is awesome!

I didn't see this one.....though the commercials intrigued me. I think the Broderick "Godzilla" made me too wary of giant monsters in the current era.
We're all here because we're not all there.

I have tried several times to watch the Broderick Godzilla.  I saw it in the theatre when it came out, and that was the only time I made it all the way through.  Broderick has done many better things!
