Had one.....every year I'd have it tuned and ready...ran smooth as silk-in the Summer. Winter came.....the thing wore me out trying to start it....it just wouldn't. So now it's the shovel. I've got a Toyota Rav 4 that gets through anything. I gave the drive a full day of shoveling then just hit the wall of snow with the Rav...I'm through to the street...all is good.

Well, the last Wintery pics I posted were a month ago....and here we go again. I love this stuff and it sure is pretty. Only drawback is the shoveling to get out the drive. But for today it's gazing out the windows and watching plenty of NCAA basketball! Think we got about 10 inches out of this storm.....

Nice, it snowed here (north of SF) in 1972, 1981, and about 6 - 7 years ago. It was a BIG deal as you can imagine

I love winter and I love the snow.  Right now it is snowing outside...again!  I don't think Spring will ever get here.  Here's to 6 more months of snow!

I like the snowstorms. Makes good for watching "The Thing from Another World".  We have a winter storm advisory for my area tommorow and I'm looking forward to it and I hope we get blasted!

"The Invisible Man" starts out with a snowing scene and the police later try to track him with footprints in the snow.

"The Deadly Mantis" takes place partly in a an arctic setting.

Or you can always watch a favorite of mine - "Fargo".
