I hope so but it's rare ... we live near the neighbor lunatics, he's always coming home, honking his horn, chirping his alarm, banging recycling bins and then looks around and thinks that people are spying on him. I don't look but don't need the excess noise.


TPBM .. knows that karma kicks in and you just have to wait for it to happen to the bad guys.
