My wife made these a couple weeks ago.. Stuffed peppers. I did the spices, she the cooking.

Dr. Madd- Those stuffed peppers look mega-delicious! I've only had those a couple of times in 49 1/2 years, but I LOVE bell peppers!!! They are food of the gods!
