Halloween Decoration HELP!

Ok so here's the deal I'm looking to get my calf done up for my next ink. I already have 15 yr old half assed Jack O' Lantern, so I'll work with that.....ANYWAY. There was a cardboard cut out of an orange/yellowish flaming skull that I used to see on every screen door and seasonal aisle everywhere.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? I'm fairly sure he had big eyeballs as well.
