But on a serious note... has this thread gone off-topic, or what? I should apologize for starting it all with the lunch box thing. Sorry about that. I'll try to keep it focused, from now on.

Now, let's get back to talking about this delightful torture-porn movie that Raymond was in.

Hehehe... Just kidding. Juuust kidding.

It's OK Nicole, we're all about off-topic.

If you're going to leave me in a room with all those things, I'm assuming your staff are expendable, then? Oh, this sounds like a lot of fun!

Actually, my staff IS expendable!  And they know it!

How the hell did I miss all this!!!???

Oh Ray, my sincere apologies for being mum on this.  I was away from my computer for a while earlier this month and for some reason just never saw this thread!

I just read the whole thing...and wow.
I am beaming with pride that I KNOW Coffin Joe.

Ray, I know this was a dream come true for you...and what a great story.  How a favorite character inspired an amazing costume which impressed the right person which landed you in the middle of a surreal dream.
Where can you go from here my friend?

You'll always be Coffin Ray to me.  And my friend.

Deliriously happy for you  (and yes, we show folk like to get dressed and undressed in front of each other...)
LOL.
Rest in Peace,

Thanks Professor!  Feel free to get undressed in front of me at your convenience.

Now on to other news...

That show I was on, Altas Horas, will air Sept. 13.  Maybe someone here gets a Brazilian satellite channel that carries it.  If not, no problem.  I'm sure it will be all over YouTube within hours.

I found out that the actress who was on the show plugging her romantic comedy was Alessandra Negrini.  I had never heard of her, but apparently she is a huge star.  Do a Google search and see what I mean.  If you do an image search, you are going to get an eye full.  Guys, don't do it when your wives are watching.

If there's anyone out there who doesn't know by now that I'm creepy, I'm just not trying hard enough!

Ah, you ain't show folk, so you just don't understand.

Hey, here's a cute little blurb about me on a Brazilian site:

You're not trying hard enough. You need to grow those nails back out again. ;D

Ah, you ain't show folk, so you just don't understand.

Don't forget that we visual artists also see our fair share of undressed people. ;) Yes, I understand it's not supposed to be a sexual thing. It's just the way you worded that sentence made it sound so suggestive to me, that I couldn't help but pick on you for it. Gotta be like me, and start chosing your words more wisely, you know?

What does Zezinho mean?

In Portuguese, "Zinho" is a suffix that means "son of." So by calling him Zezinho, they are calling him the son of Zé.

Ah, so "Zihno" means "son of" just like in Russian where "vitch" means the same;you can make up your own joke using "vitch".
Back in the bad old days of High School one of my friends was writing a detective story and the detective's name was "Sananavitch".
