Is there a site or blog where I can view all of Sideshow Toys Universal Monster figures, busts, etc.? There were so many I wanted years ago and could not afford and am thinking about looking to see what they made that I may have overlooked. Thanks!

Universal made them pull anything that had to do with their properties from their website (or so rumor has it). I dunno if anyone here archived their complete roster or not. I have a good chunk of their stuff. So do a lot of other people here (except the great Anti-Sideshow villager mob, lol). What are you specifically interested in learning about?

Nothing in particular. I went to Sideshows website and could not find any of their Universal monsters. From their little big heads to their action figures to their premium format figures to their busts. I was just looking for a general catalog of all the Universal monsters they did and thought I would go from there. I was hoping Sideshow would renew their license with Universal and do some more characters. Sad to hear they won't be doing t. I hate some of the new stuff out there. Sideshow did it right. I was always sad they never did a figure from Dracula's Daughter or some of the other films Island of Lost Souls and such. There were so many other films they could have done figures from. Waiting for a company who is just as good as Sideshow to take over. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Entertainment Earth has an archives section on their site of sold-out/out-of-production items. You could start there.

I don't know if you are still looking or not, but I recently bought (on ebay for like 5.00) A magazine of about 10 pages.  I'm pretty sure it was an insert for Lee's Toy Price Guide, but this insert is called "Lee's guide to Sideshow Collectibles Vintage Monsters" and it has EVERYTHING that Sideshow Put out with there Universal Monsters Line.  It even has the rare Holiday editions of the 12" Figures and the Holiday Little Big Heads. It also has the Second series of unreleased 8" Glow figures.  Very cool little guide.  If you'd like I can scan it and send the scans to you if you PM me your email!

Yes it has those too!

Cool, 'cause I can never what all of those were.

BTW, does anybody know what Sideshow's first toy/toy line was?

The very first lines under the name Sideshow were the 8" and LBH Universal figures (as well as Bruce Lee 8" and LBH). That was Dec. 1998 or Jan.1999. Before that, they designed prototypes for other companies.

I'd like to know the edition sizes if possible.  I know Sideshow used to list it on some.

I thought those must have been their first, 'cause that's the first I ever heard of Sideshow.

Someone I sent this to pointed out that my guide is actually MISSING the Bronze Little Big Heads from 1999.  (Drac, Frank, Mummy, Wolfman) It has all the other ones, but is missing the 1999 set.  Very odd.  I really can't believe I didn't notice it before..especially since I have those figures. LOL
