Like all lists, this is very difficult.

Kolchak: the  Night Stalker -  Has been my favorite since I was young.

The Six Million Dollar Man/Bionic Woman

Ultraman - My favorite of the 3 Japanese imports that I watched (above Johnny Sokko and Space Giants)

The X-Files - Ushered in a new age of modern genre shows that made them cool to produce.

Star Trek: all of them togther (But The Next Generation especially)  They were fun and although some were dogs, I enjoyed most of them.  Next Generation had some tremendous story ideas.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel - I missed these when they were on TV and only caught up with them on DVD.  I blame the terrible original movie for chasing me away.

Firefly - Another series that I missed the first time through.  After seeing it, the Joss Whedon connection made me look into Buffy/Angel.

Supernatural - A nice mix of humor and horror with some edginess mixed in.

Fond memories of The Twilight Zone, Fridy the 13th: The Series, Planet of the Apes, Night Gallery, Twin Peaks, Reaper, Heroes, Lost, and quite frankly, so many others.

I see Monstephile said Ultraman--in the early 90's there was an awesome Ultraman toyline that I guess was supposed to coincide with a TV Show, I still have my Ultraman figure but none of the great monsters they had and I can distinctly remember never getting to see the TV show. I don't know if it didn't air or what. I can even remember hounding my mom to check the newspaper and TV guide for it while I was leaving for school in the morning....to this day I've never seen the show and still love what the characters look like.

The Ultraman series of the 90s did air and I sw some of them, but I still love the original series the most.  I honestly get confused with all the later incarnations of the character.  I have a couple of DVDs of different versions like Ultraman Gaia.
