Which band do you like better?

Which of the following bands do you like the most? These are the BIG bands/Acts from the 60's/70's. I'm not including the later bands like U2, Bon Jovi, Springsteen, etc.  Since today is Friday the 13th, I listed 13 bands/acts. Let's have some fun. I'll get things started with my vote: Led Zeppelin. I saw them 3 times, all at MSG. If you were lucky enough to have seen them live, you can never forget their show. The first time I heard Kashmir was live, because of the fact there was a delay on the release of Physical Graffiti due to problems with the album cover design. I saw them in February, 1975, and the album didn't come out until March. Okay, enough about my pick, let's hear yours.

From this list, Beatles, hands down.

Followed by Bowie, Hendrix -- and to a lesser extent, the Stones, the Who and CSN&Y.  Don't care at all for the others -- except I do like "Hush" by Deep Purple.

I could have included The Doors, Queen & Aerosmith. But since I wanted to keep it to 13 they were omitted. The Doors & Aerosmith are okay, but I can't stand Queen.

Beatles, hands down.
None of the other bands would even be here if it were not for the Beatles. Like it or not, the Beatles are the yard stick by which all other rock music is measure.

Thanks, Scatter. One of the few I've done with no pencils first, just straight into it with the oils. A guy wanted to buy it from me, and when I wouldn't sell it he asked me to paint a duplicate of it for him.
