Batman Pulled Over For Illegal Tags



Christian Bale may have driven around Gotham in a black Lamborghini during "The Dark Knight," but that was as Bruce Wayne, not Batman.

Nevertheless, that didn't stop one citizen in Silver Spring, Maryland from taking a spin in his sports car dressed as the masked crusader. Unfortunately, he ended up being pulled over by local police when cops noticed his license plate was just a bat emblem.
According to WTOP, the man was en route to visit sick children in the hospital, which was why he was wearing costume.

Thankfully, the officers decided to take some photographic evidence of the traffic stop. You can check out all of the photos over on the Montgomery County Police Department's Facebook page.

Hopefully, these types of frivolous events will not occur in "The Dark Knight Rises," which hits theaters on July 20.

Police: Family Sold Meat Pies Made From Parts of Murder Victims
During the police deposition, Negroponte's wife said she stuffed meat pies with human flesh and sold them to neighbors, schools and hospitals.

SAO PAULO, Brazil -- Police have arrested three people suspected of killing at least two women, eating parts of their bodies and using their remains to make stuffed meat pies sold in the northeastern town of Garanhuns.

The three suspects -- 51-year-old Jorge Beltrao Negroponte, his wife, Cristina da Silveira, and his mistress, Bruna da Silva-- were arrested Wednesday and have confessed to the crimes, the police said on local television.

Interviewed behind bars, Negroponte told SBT Television that he followed the instructions of voices in his head.

"I did certain things for purification, to protect people and deliver them to God," he told SBT on Sunday.

He confirmed that he and his two companions ate the flesh of the women "to purify them."

Police said the suspects lured the two young women to their house by offering them jobs as a nannies.

Authorities were first alerted to the situation when the suspects tried to use the credit card of a woman who had disappeared.

According to Folha de S. Paulo newspaper, a 5-year-old girl living with the suspects showed the police where they could find the remains of the bodies. The remains of two women were found buried in the backyard of the house, police said.

Police said they believe the girl is the daughter of another woman who disappeared in 2008.

According to the newspaper report, Negroponte's wife was known in the town for her meat pies. During the police deposition, she said she stuffed them with human flesh and sold them to neighbors, schools and hospitals.

Police believe the number of victims could be greater than 10.

There's a wild intruder in a neighborhood in Florida. Residents are on the lookout for a monkey! Wildlife crews are trying to capture the free-swinging fugitive, but no one seems to know where the little guy came from. According to WJXT, "Florida Fish and Wildlife set out the trap for the monkey that they know didn't come from the nearby Santa Fe Zoo, but that's about all they know."

Woman kills man by squeezing his testicles over parking dispute April 19, a female scooter rider killed a man by squeezing his testicles for the packing dispute, in Haikou City, Hainan Province. It was learned, the woman, 41 years old, rode on her scooter to an elementary school in Meilan District, Haikou City to pick up her child that day. When she wanted to pack her scooter in front of a shop, she was rejected by the shop owner, a 42-year-old male. The two parties soon fell into a quarrel, and then the physical confrontation. The furious woman called up her husband and brother to come help her, which resulted in a more violent fist fight. During the fight, the middle aged woman manged to grab the man's testicles, and squeezed them till he finally collapsed on the ground. The man was immediately rushed to hospital, but unfortunately died there despite of efforts.
