Jeff, what an awesome find! Congrats!! Does your brother still paint?
Hi Mike - thanks for your post.  He does still paint but very rarely and just for fun.  He's never sold anything of his.   And I emailed him last night to tell him of finding these and he replied he actually painted them in the mid 70s.  Would have been only 17 or 18 at the time.  He was happy I found them and can get them displayed.   His passion is playing in his Beatles band as Ringo.  He actually sounds and looks a lot like him.  :)

Cool! But what did you do there? Colourize existing images and then put them together on Photoshop?

???
Collecting! It's what I do!

here are the pencils for my tirbute to Tom Savini the make up effect legend himself!

here's the finished piece so far, done with my sharpie, and my 20% and 30% warm grey prismacolour markers, i might go back to this one and add more detail once I get other warm tone markers, I also think my 20% is running dry so I might try using that again for little touch ups, anyways hope you folks like it so far!

Just finished up a new painting. This one is done in acrylic inks on corrugated cardboard. I call it "Plague"... I know its not really a classic monster or anything, but its a little creepy in it's own right  ;)

That is stunning! The stark colors reinforce the feel of the title. Really nice job!!

That's really cool, creaturerevenge!  Can't wait to show that to my daughter - that's a lot like her own artistic style!

No - no website.  She's been busy with college, but I keep trying to get her to post some stuff here, anyway!  Guess I'll have to do it myself, :).  She'd love your work - the darker, the better!!

Haha! Don't worry! It'll survive! I work on corrugated cardboard a lot. I really love the way that it takes ink and it give the whole piece a different quality. I'll take the top layer off of a corner sometimes so that you can see the middle layer when it's framed up.
