I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Two of my favorites. I have that set, and plan to fire it up over Christmas break.  ;D

Just watched the Four Musketeers. Yes, two very good pairings.  Plan to keep these in my permanent collection.  I had forgotten how many actors I enjoy are in these two movies.  Christopher Lee, Charlton Heston, Richard Chamberlain, Oliver Reed, Racquel Welch, etc.  Also was surprised to see Sybil Danning's name was in the cast as well.  Also picked up the version with Oliver Platt as someone said that was also good.

The Albert Finney version of "Scrooge" from 1970. A nice version with some very scary ghosts and a great turn by Alec Guinness as Marley. Has a nice "Scrooge goes to Hell" sequence unique to that version and often edited on TV. I watched the laserdisc.
