Yay!!!  Go Flower, Go Flower!!!  I really do gouge the eggs! hahaha!! I'm gonna try the gentle thumb push method next time.  My boiled eggs always look like they were tied up and tortured after I peel them !

Charlotte---I boil eggs for 15 minutes.  Then put them in cold water immediately.  After the chilly bath, the shells always come off easy for me.  I slam the bottom on a paper towel placed on the kitchen counter, then roll the egg.  The shell peels off in a 'skin' that way.  Like peeling a banana.

TPBM, no matter the time of day, struggles between ordering breakfast at a diner and getting a special that will include the salad bar for free....

No. Never have I seen a proper diner with a salad bar. The closest was an Elias' Big Boy Restaurant but that was a chain, and then they installed that suspicious salad bar....

TPBM always struggles between ordering the trucker's breakfast, toasted clubhouse sandwich and hot turkey sandwich at a diner - without any salad bar.

I'm more a Greek Omelet (feta & tomato) or Hot Turkey sandwich at a diner.

I usually eat sandwiches or salads on weekends, we don't have many restaurants out where I live.
TPBM- Always seems to have trouble swiping their credit/debit card, and usually needs assistance from the cashier
