Happy Anniversary Laura!! And thanks for that bit of Groucho Mike!! Today I got cards from all the kids and Nancy, they took me out to eat, and they made me a chocolate coconut cake (yay!!). Then they gave me a new iPod!!

I told you I was spoiled rotten.

All kidding aside, my wife and children are second only to God for me, and I thank Him every day that He gives them the grace to put up with me. Happy Father's Day everyone!!

Happy Dad's day to all my fellow father's and their families. I celebrated by staining a new deck i just built with my son, and then taking him, his mom and sis to Applebee's for a late lunch. My daughter got me Keith Richard's book which i am looking forward to reading while relaxing on said deck this summer!

Ya know, she really is - Birthdays, Christmas, Father's Day, she ALWAYS gets me (or makes me) something I REALLY want!  She really does have my number!  AND, she's moving back here to Lafayette in a couple of months!  She & Josh (her boyfriend) are here today scoping out apartments!
