I agree...very funny man.  He was one of the great funny men of our time.

    Odd really, today while working on a pile of paperwork I was thinking about a skit done on the Carol Burnett Show where Harvey was "Larry Talmadge" a suspected werewolf and the only way he could be done in was with "a steak(wooden sort), a stick(silver headed cane) and a Schtick(pie in the face)---in that order.

He may not have been a genre actor but he did a superb turn as a werewolf impersonator in "High Anxiety!"...

Although I haven't had the chance to see it yet, Mr. Korman did receive generally good critical reviews as Dr. Seward in Dracula: Dead And Loving It.  He had a unique gift for comedy and will be sorely missed.

It's been a long week for famous passings: not only Harvey Korman, but Dick Martin, and the guy who created Davey and Goliath, and the guy who whistled the theme song for Andy Griffith!!

Although I haven't had the chance to see it yet, Mr. Korman did receive generally good critical reviews as Dr. Seward in Dracula: Dead And Loving It.

Harvey Korman was excellent as Dr. Seward. "Give him an enema!" Priceless!

Let's also not forget the passing of Sydney Pollack. After all, he did bring us Jeremiah Johnson, and Tootsie.

Although I must say, Korman's passing hit me harder. There was just something about him that made you feel like he was your big brother.
