Moonshadow- We LOVED the movie!  I was so touched by the reading of all the letters from the trip, and it was so cool that they had sooooo much film footage!! I have watched The Three Caballeros and Saludos Amigos over and over, so I was delighted by all the Jose Carioca sketches and how his character came about. I told my husband, during the Brazil part, that next time we have a fire outside in our fire bowl- I am getting my official Three Caballeros maracas out and I'm buying him some bongos and we are gonna free form like they were doing in the movie!   :) I bought my maracas in 2005 and I won't let anyone touch them because I dont want the pictures of Donald or Jose to get scratched up!  We bought the movie off Itunes, so I plan on watching it again!  Moonshadow- you should suggest ALL the movies I watch! Very cool....and thanks again

Monster lovers never grow old....

Wicked Lester

Teenage Gang Debs
A no-good Manhattan girl moves in on a Brooklyn gang. Using her obvious charms she gets the leader killed in a fight over her and then takes up with the victor and new head man. Then she starts pushing him to get out onto the streets to mix it with rival gangs.
This is a LOW budget cheesy ass Juvi film. Badly choreographed fight scenes, kids that look like they are pushing 30 and lots of kids just dancing

Teenage Strangler
A troubled teen with an undeserved criminal past is the suspect when young women start turning up around town dead and marked up with lipstick.
Now IMDB has this at 1.9 but I would give it a 3.5-4 just because it is so cheesy bad. The acting is stiff and it really looked like it was filmed with one of the early Kodak movie cameras out of the Sears catalog back then. The Hue changes from scene to scene and there are issues with the plot continuity.

Also in this package you get a TON of intermission jingles and ads as well as 2 Juvi-D scare shorts. Well worth owning if you are a fan of this genre.

Charlotte, I'm glad I was able to recommend another winner!  ;)  You're right, seeing the relatives reading the letters home was very special. It made me realize that letter writing is a lost art. I doubt 40 years from now anyone will be reading old emails! I was really struck by how the Disney people dove into the cultures of the various places they visited with such joy. Walt especially seemed to enjoy himself.

I just got "Walt: the man behind the myth" from Netflix. I'll let you know how it is!

That looks awesome, Big Mike!

Yea it was pretty fun Mark. Unfortunately my wife does not share my love for Juvi-D movies or even the cheesy monster/Sci-fi stuff. I practically had to beg her to watch THEM,which IMO is a classic. She lasted maybe halfway. ???

Scarface (1983)
Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Watched "Dumb And Dumber" a few months ago. Just didn't find it funny any more. Either it's because I knew the jokes too well or I'm maturing. I pray to God it isn't the latter.

I saw Yogi Bear yesterday, since it had gone to the local cheapo theatre, and the film was pathetic.  As a fan of the original series, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this film WTF????
What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

One of the greatest gangster movies of all time. I've seen it probably 10 times and I'm still not tired of it.

One of those you can always watch. I read the book "Wiseguy" it was basd on. Check it out, lots of extras such as the other reasons behind Tommy's killing.
