I'm not very familiar with him, other than coverage about him in various articles online or in print. Besides being loved by his fans, he used his celebrity to help those in need. If there are any rewards in the afterlife for good deeds done, he certainly has earned more than his share. Rest easy Dr Creep....

My sympathies, Anton.  I know how much you loved and admired him.  So few of the old hosts are left, it's a loss for us all to lose one more.  Rest in Peace, Doctor Creep.

According to what I read on the internet he started a charity to help children in 1972. That charity is still active, and to date has assisted over 93,000 families!!! Isn't that incredible?
May God give his family peace, and thanks, Doc for all the wonderful memories!!!

He sounds like one of those people that made this world a better place by his efforts in life.  You can't ask for more than that; I'm saddened by his death, but inspired by his life.
