Well tonight I cheated by using a jar of Madras sauce but I did make the bhajis. I have made madras before but like most indian style recipes it has lots of ingredients and prep so I'll give you a link....

TRADER JOE'S chicken fried rice.  Absolutely APPALLING!  Even with extra tweaking, it  still tasted like stale "Veg-A-Rice"  (Every kid who's ever gone on a Scouting Overnight remembers "Veg-A-Rice"... I guarantee it.)   I think I'll ship it to Bin Laden and end the War.

Meatball Marinara Foot Long Sub from Subway w/ pepperjack cheese & red onion on toasted wheat bread.  Washed down with a half gallon of iced tea.  Chocolate covered pretzels & a golden delicious apple for dessert.

UP!!!!!  Yum!!!  That sounds so good!  I had a stupid homemade salad and 3 pretzel rods- whoop-de-do!

Salad rocks! Wife's birthday! Crablegs, lobster and crab ravioli, coconut shrimp, fries, corn, slaw, hushpuppies, coconut cake, coconut pie.

What?? Really, Dr Madd?? That sounds like a feast! Actually I've never eaten crabs, but I tried lobster once and the rest of the menu sounds spectacular! Don't you just love birthday food?  Now I'll be thinking about coconut cake and/or pie ALL day        Happy Birthday Mrs. Madd!
