For many people, or speaking for myself. We pretty much love
Horror themed music. I think everyone here would agree?
I was just curious on what my UMA bothers and sisters liked.
This is really a broad question. Because, there are so many bands,
solo artist, and Hallowe'en music. Whatever suits you.

Here are some of my faves!!!

MISFITS,  Disney's: "Chilling, Thrilling Sounds Of The Haunted House"
Alice Cooper, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, The Crazy World of
Arthur Brown, Electric Hellfire Club, Skinny Puppy, Murder Dolls,
Rob/White Zombie,  Archie King , Satan's Pilgrims......and so much more.

Let's see your faves.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Opera Ghost

Love all of the old Universal Soundtracks, Ghost and Mr Chicken, Haunted mansion
"In each of us, two natures are at war--the good and the evil. All our lives the fight goes on between them, and one of them must conquer..."

Dr.Teufel Geist

I like alot of Horror soundtracks...

I also like a song Type-O-negative sings, cant remember the name of it...
it's about a Vampire, I think... here is a line from it..

"Loving you...was like loving the dead."

Drew Bludd

Dr, the song you're thinking of is "Black No. 1 (Little Miss Scare All)", its their biggest "hit" if you will. He also references Lilly Munster which is a laugh.

My favorite horror themed band, and I used to have a horror themed radio show, is The Cramps.

With honorable mentions to The Frankenstein Drag Queens/Murderdolls (1st record only)
The Horrorpops
The Damned
Cancerslug, might be my number one.

Tom Waits and Nick Cave also have a lot of moody, spooky songs. Not exactly HORROR music, but it gets the job done.

Dr. Madd

Madd The Impaler-
Undeadlegend

Dr. Madd- The Original- accept no subsitutes.

The Creeper

In no particular order I like:  Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, White Zombie, Murderdolls, Wednesday 13, Frankenstein's Drag Queens, Famous Monsters, Creature Feature, Disney's Haunted Mansion stuff, Cannibal Corpse, Horror movie soundtracks, and stuff like Monster Mash and Purple People Eater.  That is just off the top of my head.
Long live the UMA!

Famous Monsters was a surf rock band that was a trio of women and one was Sean Yseult.  She played bass for White Zombie and in Famous Monsters she played guitar.
Long live the UMA!

charp13

Graveyard Queen by The Nekromantix is one of my favorite songs in the world!  I also love Tiger Army, The Quakes, The Misfits(of course) and I love Type O as well

Drew Bludd

You guys should check out Sean Yseult's band after Famous Monsters. They're called Rock City Morgue. Very New York Dolls, trash sleaze rock. Real, real good.

I did. Very 80's goth rock. I'm gonna guess unless you are around 40 Y.O these guys are either gonna mean nothing or go under the radar. I liked em.

The old stuff needs to stay in the main stream for newbies and piss on on all this commercial B.S that is corporate radio these days. u6juu
