I know that this is a grail item for most of you, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I had one a couple of decades ago, but it fell from a high shelf after the '87 earthquake. Doesn't have to be in the box , but must be in great shape. Thanks.

how much are you wanting to spend? i have one that actually works. i had to put batteries in him, to see him work.  I actually took a video, so I could remember how cool he works without trying him all the time.

Actually, with old battery toys, using him regularly will keep him running. Then tend to seize up if just left sitting.

Depends on the condition of the toy. I'm glad that it works, but outward appearance is even more important to me. I've seen too many scratched up ones that work but look terrible. As for the price, I let the seller make the first move. I don't how much money and affection you have tied up in the toy.

Mord

Hey,Tad, I'm very interested in your Marx Frankenstein.

still have the franky, he is i great shape and still looks good. The top control buttons are missing, but all
the contacts are there and he worked fine. I have video of him somewhere. I gave $700 for him about
4 years ago. I'd have get that at least! It's my favorite piece of my collection, but i need a new laptop, and that would put a dent in it. You can e-mail me at tadhays(*at*)gmail.com sorry for not replying back sooner. Very hard to tell if you have any messages on the UMA site. thanks

While it may seem minor, the missing buttons are a deal breaker for me. Thanks anyway.
