The Creeper

Summer Moon     Not a bad movie about a girl who goes looking for her Dad and gets more than she wanted.  It is worth watching.

Scared Stiff        The remake of Bob Hope's Ghostbreakers.  This one has Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, I really like both versions of this movie!
Long live the UMA!

- Frankenstein's Bloody Terror

- The Evil of Frankenstein (Elvira)

First time seeing FBT, standard 70's Paul Naschy film. It was cool to see the first installment of the series and how Naschy became a werewolf. The male vampire was lame. His wife made up for him though.

Really enjoyed Evil of Frank. I remember seeing this as a kid on Saturday afternoons, but never as an adult. So with "new" eyes, I have to add Evil in my top 3 favorite Hammer Frank films (along with Curse and Destroyed). It reminded me of Scars of Dracula in that is was almost a stand alone entry in the Hammer series with great lab scenes and Cushing delivering as usual.

Plus Elvira is STILL looking good!
"For one who has lived but a single lifetime, you are a wise man ...Van Helsing."
"I shall awaken memories of love and crime and death..."

I got it on dvd at Walmart like seven years ago or so for like five dollars.>>>

Or was it 5 years ago for SEVEN dollars?

Can you imagine the general manager setting a price point for THAT?  And the ensuing debate?

"Nobody will buy that thing."

"Are you kidding me----there are people who will pay TRIPLE".

It, The Terror From Beyond Space-----right here on the UMA site

Dracula (Frank Langella)

I have this DVD'd and I just keep watching it.  It doesn't get old for me.

Rich

I just watched The Bride of Frankenstein last night.
Listen to them. Children of the Night. What music they make!

I am the Female Dracula

Quatermass and the Pit last night. We're making our way through the Ultimate Hammer Collection. I enjoyed it but I don't believe them to be Martians. They are so obviously crickets. Andrew Keir was cool. What should we watch tonight: Horror of Frankenstein, Frankenstein Created Woman, To Devil A Daughter or one of my Basil films, Son of Frankenstein?
"Supernatural? Perhaps. Baloney? Perhaps not. There are many things under the sun...."
