Coffin Joe Fans... Gather Around

I mentioned a while back, on the old Y! Group, that I know someone who worked for Coffin Joe some years ago.  She is from Brazil and is currently in the US studying film and various other exploits.  I asked her if she would come here and share some of her experiences and she agreed to do so.  This thread is just a starter for her when she gets here...

Cris is more a fan of rollercoasters, carny's and sideshows, and roller derby than horror movies I think, but she should have some good Ze' stories to tell.  Just FYI...  I think she's fairly busy right now because she didn't see my message for a couple days.  She might not make it over here for a bit, but I think she will show up.

I´m from Brasil and it´s very cool you guys dig the old ZÉ DO CAIXÃO.
The man is a visionary, making that kind of movies in the 60´s, way ahead of his time.
Of course we are all waiting the trilogy´s final film, "ENCARNAÇÃO DO DEMÔNIO", to be realeased in this year or in the next.
Way to go, ZÉ!

Mojica really did set the standard for Brazilian horror & deserves way more repsect than he is given. Honestly, he should be considered a national treasure. I can't wait until his new movie comes out & I hope to see it at the St. Louis International Film Festival. This movie will, hopefully, make him a household name.
