As well as creatures like Blacky Lagoon and his main squeeze, Ms. Julie Adams, who talked with me about something we had in common: growing up in small town Arkansas!

Finally, I got to meet the very gifted human author Debbie Painter; Debbie has a biography of Forrest J Ackerman coming this fall, which I'm really looking forward to:

What great pics of us!!! Thanks so much for sharing them here!!! I loved walking around with the It's Alive! baby... next year I am thinking about getting a carrier to carry it around part of the time in.. just because SO MANY people thought it was a real baby until they got a look at it's little face and then OMG I wished I'd had a video camera on THEIR faces! ROTFL!!! Many recognized it and loved it (too bad no one adopted them! argh!)

I guess I'm surprised about that really - we had the dragon, werewolf puppy and It's Alive! puppets and not one baby was adopted - poor things!

Anywho, I wanted to share the pics I took of the Bash. There's over a hundred, so I'll post the FB link for it instead of the actual pics. LOL OH! And it's so awesome that we sold a marionette to Tom Savini!!! WOOT!
