It's on the smaller side (by my estimation), but it is geared toward classic horror and SciFi.  That's not to say that you won't find Fulci-type stuff, but Monster Mania (in Cherry Hill, NJ -- www.monstermania.net ) or Chiller Theatre (in northern NJ -- www.chillertheatre.com ) might be better suited to modern horror.  The last Chiller Theatre in April had a whole bunch of Italian horror guests.

I doubt there will be any Italian horror stuff there, but I love the old monster movies as well. They boast 200 dealers so I was hoping they would have a large dealer room. I am definitely going; I just don't want to drive 5 hours and walk into a small room of a hotel with a few tables and find out it is Monster Bash.

I'm currently stuck in the land of the hideous sun devils- Phoenix, Arizona. Moved here from my native California a few years ago, and I'm ready to go back anytime!

I'm ready to go too MS..........I abhor Florida, and I love LA.
We're all here because we're not all there.

I hear ya. I know I could be in worse places than Phoenix (although when it hits 110 outside, it doesn't seem like it). I grew up in the central coast region of California, and lived most of my adult life in the Bay Area. Everyone complains about how expensive it is to live there, but it is an amazing place to be. So much to see and do, mild weather, and a real mix of people - and food. All types of food! Ugh, I'm getting homesick already! Well Scatter, hopefully we both make it back soon.

I have to ask, Scatter...what is it you hate so much about Florida?

fmofmpls

Me too. Florida, after all, is home to "the happiest place on Earth."  I LOVE Disney World.

I grew up about a half hour from Aurora, but now am happily much further!

For those attending Monster Bash , I again reccomend the Country Kitchen for lunch and breakfast, about 4 miles down the road, back towards P'Burgh/Cranbury. Great home style food. I highly suggest the grilled cheese with bacon. Look for Humpty Dumpty up top.  :D
For dinner, Mama Rosa's, back in the neighborhood behind the hotel. There are signs. Really, really great Italian. We saw Lou Ferrigno and Gary Conway dining there last year. Sauces so good you may want to take them home!  ::)
If you are coming from the East, like us, try the Somerset Diner. Best selection of pies on the Turnpike!    ;D

My music is for Phoenix. Only she can sing it. Anyone else who tries, dies.
