Heat has finally landed here in SoCal. High of 105 yesterday at my home 30 miles due north of Burbank, and today is expected to be 106

...but it's a dry heat....

Yes it does make a difference, having grown up in MD with Humidity, but it is friggin hot, especially when the breezes are naught.

Never eaten anything live, except Shrimp or oysters.

But TPBM is heading to the local swimmin' hole this weekend, if not sooner.

weird, I just checked and it's only 85 here, in Ga., in July.....    Yes- our local swimmin'hole is right next door to our house- the subdivision pool- we love it!                     TPBM- Has had to ice a body part down (Universal Soldier style) this Summer, due to a sprain, strain or overuse.

No but I have an attic over my garage full of the last families crap and LOTS of spiders so I won't be cleaning that out anytime soon.

BTW it was 87 and stagnant in my warehouse today. Like 96 and humid outside. I HATE this summer.

I had a lemonade stand AND I sued to put ice in front of the fan. Loved the little mist you would get when the ice started to melt.

Nope, but I only play with 5 strings..no high E. I started on bass and enjoyed rhythm guitar much more--plus I thought it looked pretty cool. Of course now both BC RICH and Jackson make signature series 5 string guitars.
