I like hot... but NOT nuclear hot... everyone pays the Piper when I eat nuclear hot...

TPBM has to wipe face and hands after each sauce-covered anything rather than letting it pile up and wipe at the end... (ribs, wings, etc...)

Sean...If it's a rich, heavy meat like lamb or duck...you  can go hotter with the sauce.  If it's chicken or beef, go medium or medium/low...  seafood or veggie curry...as low as you can get and still taste it.
