I did eat lots during the game, I was at a BBQ. Drank a lot of Jack Daniels too but then I needed it after watching our goal-keeping fiasco. Its bad enough being a Liverpool fc fan at times without worrying about England.

Tpbm plays a mean game of pool.

No, but I once threatened the supervisor above MY supervisor with grievous bodily harm if he didn't immediately get out of my face. And he did. And I kept my job, which I haven't figured out to this day (unless he didn't want it getting out around the company that he had backed down when threatened).

If, by "home turf" you mean INSIDE the house, absolutely. I hate being OUTSIDE without shoes.

Shea Stadium.  Hot Pretzel (and they are huge and rock hard).  I was in nose bleeds.  He was in Loge?  Perhaps the pretzel traveled 100 yards.  It was not as the crow flies, mind you.  I had to throw it waaaay out to the right and work it back in----like a boomarang.  He was addressing a bunch of brown nosers as he drank wine from a box in a plastic snap together 'glass' (Putz).  It hit him like a judo chop in the back of the neck/ head area and he fell across the laps of his minions, wine flying everywhere.  I was declared a god by several witnesses.  Still the singularly most unmakeable shot of any kind I have ever executed.  Had to be almost 20 years ago.  I did not lose my job as no one could have proven nor would anyone ever believe even Gretzky, Larry Bird or Johnny Unitas could have make that shot.  And nobody would rat me out as everyone wanted it to happen.  I WAS canned for something less interesting probably les than a year later.  I hated that job.  1st job out of college and I refused to quit.
