On your flickr page, hold the cursor over the photo and right click on PCs, or control click on macs.  You should get a pop-up menu with some choices.  Select "copy image address."

In your UMA post, click the image button.  It looks like you already found that.  Paste the flickr image address between the IMG tags.   That should be all it takes.  Click "post."

Hi Ray,
When I right click over the Flickr photo, "copy image address" is not an option, only "copy". Then in UMA, when I click image button and try to paste between the IMG tags, "Paste" is greyed out, so paste is not an option.
Instead, I used the Flickr basic browser, selected my photo, photo info. transfered into the cell, Selected "Copy", and pasted onto UMA between the IMG tags. (see below)
But I suspect, still no photo.
Not sure why I'm having so much difficulty, been trying for two days.

Terry, I don't know how else to say this but... I LOVE YOU!!! Thank you so much for fixing my "Zombie" status. I tried to delete my account here (along with some accounts I had on other social networks) in an attempt to cut down the amount of time I spent on-line. But then all I did was miss you all, and it ate away at my soul until I had to come back. I promise you, I've learned my lesson about pressing the "delete account" button. I'll never do it again. The dark abyss is cold and unforgiving. Thank you, thank you for bringing my account back to life.
