Going back to VENOM mentioned earlier- killer band, that had a huge influence on modern metal.

Great band for what it was. Cross between early black metal with a punk edge. These are my 2 top faves back to back.Crank this out your window on Halloween!

I never saw Venom live, but that Bloodlust video makes me wish to Hell I did!

VENOM, is a band either one loves or hates. It makes me warm and
toast-e inside, knowing there are Venom fans. >:D

I am a huge fan of venom. my dad got me into them about 4 years ago. I got their greatest hits eventually buying each their albums.
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Your dad sounds cool. I started to get my kid who is now 26 into Death/Goth and Sympho metal when she was 12.
