1964 A.B.G. Mummy pencil sharpener colors?

HorrorHunter,  nice collection.   this thread said sometimes the mummy green was different shades but attributed that to sun exposure?

I had an orange wolfman back in the day but traded it for some pocket screamers.

so now an orange wolfman is headed to me again, along with a fabulously orange mummy.

I would like the two greens for the mummy.

Thanks, hugo. I never had the sharpeners as a kid so I was glad to learn about them on UMA. I got mine off evilBay so the different shades of green could be attributed to sun exposure as was suggested. This is the way they were when I received them. Best of luck on getting a Frankenstein. I still need one, too.

I'd be tempted to put it down to typical variances between different production runs.

my pencil sharpeners are taking FOREVER to get here in the mail.
it has been over 7 days and now with monday being a holiday....  it will  have been 10 days and this is priority mail.
C'mon Post Office.

I thought for sure I would have them by Friday the 17th.       Hoping to post a pic of my newly acquired growing collection of Heads.
alas, no  Frankenstein Head yet to be found.

hint hint: anybody want to sell a Frankenstein head  to me?   top dollar.

Finally got them today in the mail...
they are bigger than I thought they would be and very hollow, light weight for sure.

check it out!!!   they are sharing the shelf of the pocket screamer collection...
hoping  to get a frankenstein some day soon.   YUP, an  orange mummy.
I need a better I Touch, these pics are fuzzy.

there is a grey wolfman on ebay, but 25.00!!!!

I was lucky to get the ORANGE mummy fairly cheap.

I read in the texts here that orange mummy went for 200.00 smackeroos one time.

do you still have that same collection?

Yep. It resides on one of my shelves upstairs. Still pining for a Frankie though.

HEPCAT!  LOL.  I can't even find one frankenstein, let alone all the different color mummys.

Do you have a pic of your heads?   I shure would like to see.       I think my next addition should be a gray color of whatever I can find.
