The cane sugar Mexican Coke is available in the Sam's Club here (in cases) -- in single bottles at the Rainbow grocery stores....
Where are you located?  I wonder if the Mexican Coke is available at Sam's Club stores in the midwest?  And how do you tell the difference between US and Mexican?

Here's an image of the scooter pie box, although I seem to recall it looking differently as a kid:

Basically marshmallow pies (aka Moon pies). I think they also had chocolate cookie ones too.

There's a candy store here that gets--when she can--a lot of the stuff mentioned here: sky bars, clove, teaberry, blackjack and beemans gum, etc. Last time I was in, she had two-packs of scooter pies.

You can get a lot of these retro candy goodies (Skybars, Teaberry gum, etc.) at Cracker Barrel Restaurants if you live near one. Their gift shops specialize in that type of stuff.
