Hi, I think this is the right place to post this...I have been enjoying participating in the UMA, and I have become fascinated with the statistics: how many posts, new members signing up, etc.  One thing that is particularly interesting is the "most ever online" which was 215 members at 3:10 am on August 6, 2008.  Maybe this has been covered, but please I have to know what was that from?  The average day appears to be 20-40 something people online at the most.  Also, if the times are east coast time, it seems like the busiest time of day would be 9pm-midnight, not 3 am?  In any case it is almost 10 times more than any other time ever.  I am west coast CA time, and I am guessing a significant portion of us must also be west coast time, so what in the world could have had them all up at 3 am for the most online ever???

Please let me know what this was.  Was it a site launch or huge monster event?  Or a secret meeting of the Monster Toy Collecting Underground?  Please, I have to know.  Otherwise, would it be a legit endeavor to set a time when we all agree to sign on and beat it?  Maybe this Halloween at midnight (as in 10/31 at 11:59 pm), would that break any rules?  Seems like a logical idea, I would probably be there anyway.  Please let me know if this would be allowed, to orchestrate a fake, intentional most online ever, and if there would be any interest?  I could start a thread "UMA- Where you at?" and everyone post what they did for halloween in a sentence or two in General Discussion.  Just for fun...

In any case please help solve the 215 most online ever mystery if anyone knows the answer.

The answer is I don't believe it ever happened. If it did, it wasn't because anything in particular was going on. I still think it's just some glitch in the system.

That is odd.  It used to show the day Forry died as having the highest number online, and he died in December of 2008.  Yep, glitch.

You know I've wondered about that for some time, and never thought to ask, so thanks for asking!
