Terry, your list is eerily close to my mine, though I would add a few more hicks and big bands (like Jerry Reed, Willie Nelson, Ray Price, and Buddy Rich, for instance).

BUT, with a lineup like that, I'm a little surprised-no STUNNED...you have never seen The Rev?

Just did this on Facebook.  That was a list of 50 -- I've added a few.  This isn't a complete list -- but it's probably close.

Mason Proffit

No kidding?? Mason Proffit?? I would have loved to see these guys. I've seen John Michael Talbot once, but he only does solo shows now.

Monster Bob --

Of course I've seen Rev. Horton Heat -- a gazillion times.  How he managed to slip my mind, I have no idea!

Illoman:

Mason Profit was HUGE in my little Iowa hometown back in the early/mid-70's.  Somehow, somebody managed to book them (and Crow) to do a concert at the local high school auditorium.  "Two Hangmen" is still in several local bar's jukeboxes -- or was, last time I was back there.

Man, these are some great sounding concerts!  I didn't get to very many in my younger days, but here are a few I remember, mostly from the past 20 years.

Gordon Lightfoot (four times)
Leon Russell (three times)
Bonnie Koloc (opened for Lightfoot in '77)
John Mellencamp
Jimmy Buffett (twice)
Shirley King (B.B.'s daughter)
Joan Jett (twice)
Steppenwolf (twice)
Aerosmith (twice)
Lynyrd Skynyrd (three times - pre '77 once & post, twice)
Steve Miller Band
Marshall Tucker Band
Little Feat
Charlie Daniels Band (twice - pre christian era & after)
Foghat
Little River Band
Jackyl (lesser known band)
Motley Crue (in '83 or '85)
U2 (with 60,000 other lunatics)
plus, Orleans (remember them?), Gov't. Mule, Los Lobos (twice), The Drifters, The Buckinghams and The McCoys ("Hang On Sloopy")...  and Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, the rehashed recent version of The Byrds, Tom Chapin (Harry's brother), Jerry Reed, Hank Williams Jr., David Allan Coe and The Oak Ridge Boys!
When I was a young'in, my mom & dad would got to this place called Mockingbird Hill Park where I saw country & bluegrass performers like Flatt & Scruggs, Crystal Gayle (yes, I know - she was about 19 then), Buck Owens, etc.

There are probably a few more but I'm done for now.  My wife, daughter & myself are going to see an Irish/American indie band called CEANN this Tuesday night, here in Lafayette at O'Bryan's Nine Irish Brothers Pub & Restaurant.

Oh, and my older sisters saw The Beatles in Indianapolis in 1964.

 Tom Chapin (Harry's brother),

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot: I saw Harry Chapin as well. It was either the year he died or the year before. I remember how riske he was. I thought he was all about Cats in the Cradle, but he told some pretty bawdy stories as well. It was a great concert. he died way too young.

First concert I saw was Joe Cocker's Mad Dogs & Englishmen tour in (I think) 1970.......
actually Joan Baez at the Lennox Music Inn (Summer camp trip) might have been earlier-

Don't think I could list them all but a few highlights-
Rare Earth
Concert For Bangladesh
Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder
No Nukes concert Martha's Vineyard (late '70s?)
Jacob's Reunion (semi local but well worth a mention)
Arlo
Santana (a few times)
Herbie Hancock's VSOP
'2 Generations of Brubeck'
Return To Forever w/Gary Burton
Jon Mclaughlin (Mahavishnu & Shakti)
Herbie Mann
Jean Luc Ponty
Billy Cobham/George Duke
Johnny Winter (a number of times)
Edgar Winter (White Trash)
Leon Russell (w/Mary at Hartford Jai Alai = Bummer)
ZZ Top
there's a number of others but................

the best concerts were the # of times I saw
Frank Zappa !
if he was playing in Ct., NY, or Mass in the '70s I was there!  ;D ;D ;D
& Weather Report in '74 or '75 at the Bushnell in Hartford
just amazing!

Last concert-
Third World -Oakland (or Berkeley?) 1984

I did have tickets to see James Brown, but he died a day or two before the concert  :'( (RIP)
