What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

Opera Ghost

More of a Murder Mystery, "The Bat" with Vincent Price and Agnes Moorehead. Really enjoyed it.
"In each of us, two natures are at war--the good and the evil. All our lives the fight goes on between them, and one of them must conquer..."

Just finished watching 'Change of Habit' starring Mary Tyler Moore and Elvis Presley.

Opera Ghost

The Jackal, with Vincent Price

A Western. Price appears to have more of a supporting role, but definitely commands the scenes which he's in. Nice little plot twists with good character arcs
"In each of us, two natures are at war--the good and the evil. All our lives the fight goes on between them, and one of them must conquer..."

The Cryptkeeper

"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Moonshadow

Black Dynamite: a very funny spoof of 70s black exploitation films.  Every cliche in the book is there - kung fu, militants, Viet Nam, the CIA, pimps, foxy mamas...if you ever enjoyed Dolemite, Shaft, Foxy Brown, this is the movie for you.

MDG

The Big Caper: Thought it would be a typical noir about a group of crooks knocking over a crackerbox bank in a small town while it holds the payroll. It was, but takes on an added dimension as the guy who initiated the job realizes that most of his crew is batcrap crazy.

"Evel Knievel" (1971). George Hamilton and his omnipresent tan slip into the red white and blue leathers and leap into our hearts as the King Of The Daredevils!! Cheezy?? Yes!! Historically accurate?? Hell no!! Entertaining?? You Betcha!!

I was an avid Evel watcher back in the 70s, catching him every chance I got on ABC's Wide World Of Sports, revving up my Evel Knievel action figure and bike, and of course building ramps and jumping everything in sight on my dark green, banana seat be-decked, sissy-bar sporting, playing cards in the spokes 1 speed bike.

I remember this flick when it first came out as a TV movie and haven't seen it since until a couple days ago. Simply Awesome!!

Favorite scene?? Evel just wiped out epically at Caesar's Palace, breaking every bone in his body, but he's screaming at the radiologist NOT to take any x-rays because they can't find the lead covering for his chest..............because he thinks that's too dangerous!! LOL!!

2 thumbs and all 10 toes up..........it's free to download or watch online at the Internet Archive. Trust your favorite monkey. Watch it today!
