Memphremagog

This was another studio who was not exactly known in the early days for horror/fantasy films, however, things picked up in the '40 and '50's with the release of some well-known hits..
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

Creature Features

Lots of great movies from this studio...tough choices, but i went with Day The Earth Stood Still.

For many reasons, but obviously Gort showing the U.S. Military who's REALLY in charge was a great scene:

Klaatu's "field trip" through the capitol comes to mind, as does his final speech at the end:

Great movie!

"It's Alive...oh, It's Alive! It's Alive, It's Alive...IT'S ALIVE!!!"

Street Worm

Hound Of the Baskervilles (1939) for me-

but I really do love their '50s stuff  ;D

CreepysFan

Also went with Day The Earth Stood Still, never get tired of watching this (remake not included).
" THIS BLANKET IS A NECESSITY.  IT KEEPS ME FROM CRACKING UP." - LINUS VAN PELT

Paul L

I went with Hound of the Baskervilles, but I too love their 1950's si-fi very much. I also have a special fondness for The Gorilla!
"Well friends, that's all there is to life: just a little laugh, a little tear." - Prof. Echo (Lon Chaney, Sr.)

Dr.Teufel Geist

Invaders from Mars, imo the best scifi/alien movie made ever.

The Creeper

Long live the UMA!
