Strange Tales #174 cover art is credited to Gil Kane, Tony DeZuniga, and John Romita according to the Marvel Database.

Those Arabs look more like John Buscema pencils to me (Buscema did interior pencils). Many of those covers were probably free-for-alls back in the Bullpen days.

According to Marvel database it is big John Romita and Frank giacoia.  For 176 anyway.  174 looks to be the say style so I would say the same duo.

I enjoyed those Robbie Reed stories when I was a kid in the '60s, but when Joe Orlando took over and ushered in the Mystery Era at DC with House Of Mystery #174 it really changed the game.

The late '60s through the mid '70s were a great time to be a comic book/monster mag loving Monsterkid.  cl:)

Nice Wrightson cover.  ;)

Those oversized DC horror comics offered a lot of good scary reading and some really nice art.
