South America stole our name.  ;D
Sounds like "someone's" Twitter style. Loser! SAD.

Two VERY badass lists, Mars & Geezer. My girlfriend just bought an Alexa set up. The sound isn't the absolute greatest, but the amount of  songs available is endless. I seriously spend half the day testing its ability to find me the most obscure music from my past to present.

That's cool. I wonder if when asked for X-Ray Spex, Screamers or Suicide, Alexa will be able to find those bands

That's a bloody good question. I just tried all three bands while writing this. The answer is... HELL YEAH!. I'm listening to The Screamers right now!

Thanks guys. Yeah great list Mars. Nice variety again. I have to look into Alexa, sounds like good operation.

GBH, man that reminds me of my skate punk days in San Diego, middle school yrs. Suicide another cool blast from the past. Lotta cool bands have that vibe now again, that minimalist dark synth vibe.

Also thank for the references. I'm embarrassed to say I never heard of some of these bands. Specifically I'm talking about Magazine, The Avengers, and The Screamers. Always fun to find out about new music (even if it's old school ;))

The Specials: Gangsters
"Why do you tape all my phone calls,
Are you planning a bootleg lp?"

Speaking of great old-school bands, the Specials were...well...very special. Live, they were all in up in the air on the first drum beat.

Deep Purple - Burn

Great song, great record. The MK III lineup is my favorite version of DP.
