The Piano Concerto from the 1943 PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, by Edward Ward.  I found it on a CD called PIANO IN HOLLYWOOD, with pianist Santiago Rodriguez...  I was searching AMAZON, and listened to the cuts on the CD.  When I found this, I was thrilled, because Mr. Rodriguez had taken the truncated version from the film and completed it.

Utterly lovely!
