Help with a Vincent Price scene/question

I'm trying to find the title to a film I have not seen since I was much much younger, yet this scene is still in my head, hopefully this will help.......Black and white and I distincly remember seeing a woman who kind of "floated" by across the screen in the background. It scared the heck out of me back when and I want to own this movie now! She floated by and perhaps there was a shriek...it was a middle aged woman and unfortunately thats about all I can remember. I know its not Phibes, Madhouse or Fly..grrrr this is killing me! (no pun intended!)

 That scene always freaked me out too!   Another case of the original movie being far superior to its modern remake, IMO.

That scene, and a few others, brought the house down.

That was a great movie. Scared the heck out of me as a kid. Speaking of Vincent did anyone read the latest Scary Monsters article on Forry which had the personal note from  Mr. Price. Great stuff. By the way I'm new here and really enjoying the site.
