The voice of the Philadelphia Phillies broadcaster Harry Kalas passed away Monday in the announce booth
in Washington,DC while preparing to broadcast the Phillies & Capitols game.
Kalas was 73 yrs old and was the Phillies broadcaster for 39yrs.
Rest In Peace Harry,You'll be greatly missed.

 The Phillies tv, and radio broadcasts will never be the same. I will always remember his narration on weekly NFL films highlights. He is buried here in phila. But he lived in a town called Media, In Deleware Co. The 1 year anniversary will be coming up in April.
