Any Info on 3 Foot Ben Cooper Foam Frankenstein?

I recently picked up a unique vintage Frankentein's monster made of foam, roughly three feet tall.  The seller told me it was originally released by Ben Cooper from a short lived line of non mask monsters.  Allegedly there was only the Frankenstein and a Dracula before the series was ended.  I'm curious if anyone is familiar with this or has additional information related to it? I've been searching online and have struggled to find anything on it, thanks!

Don Post.    Pretty sure mid to late 90s.    Not licensed and the only monster like that.     There was a much different totally generic Frank with a Drac and Mummy unrelated to this in the early 2000s.
