Everyone familiar with The Mole People  knows that this Warren magazine
is not a literal transcript of the 1956 movie. It reads more like a
comic book than an Anobile-style photo novel. That's because the man
credited for its "story adaptation" was Russ Jones, then active on
horror comics with Warren Publishing.

I can't remember where my copy came from. It may've arrived via mail
order direct from WPC. Back then there was no home video yet, or
even a Castle Films digest, so having The Mole People  laid out in
print before me was quite a treat. Plus, it has a full complement of
Captain Company ads in back.

Does anyone else here own a copy besides me? If so, let me know
where you found it ... and don't say you just dug it up from
a hole in the ground!

I used to but sold it when I sold the majority of my monster mags. I'm guessing I ordered it through CBG back in the day. I think there was a Horror on Party Beach one too. I only kept a few magazines and the Warren House of Horror.

And the 3rd was Hammer's CoF/HoD.

I have a copy. I think I may have purchased it off the rack back in the day, but I'm not sure about that. I like both Mole People and Horror on Party Beach. However " Horror..." has always been my favorite. I like the work Wally Wood did on this and, as a diver, I love the opening scene creating the monsters out of dead sailors!
