These are all first edition copies, written by "Carl Dreadstone".  I don't know how to rate condition, but all the books are intact.  The covers are worn but have no tears.  Unfortunately, some idiot drew flip book images in the margins of The Wolf Man; that's what happens when you buy used books.  I will sell the lot for $50.00 USD (OBO) plus shipping.  There are photos of the books here.
