What's Going On?

Try it now Hepcat. I changed a search engine setting.

Ir still doesn't work. I searched for the words 'wax' and then 'whistles' by Hepcat and I got zero hits! So then I searched for 'Halloween" by Hepcat and got 25 pages. But!!! The program would not allow me to go back beyond the first page! Why not? It's so frustrating here now.

 

Could the problem be that the program is defaulting to 365 days rather than the 9999 days shown?

Oh I see what's causing problems (and it's bizarre). I habitually check off "Show results as posts" because that's what I want instead of a whole long thread). When I just leave the field blank, I get four hits and they are indeed my posts.

So I'm bewildered, but at least I've found a way to make the SEARCH function work for me.
