I also think there is still a Frankenstein light (illuminated bucket head with base) still listed somewhere on e-bay, perhaps in Halloween collectibles, for around 10,000 or so.  It's been up for a very long time now, someone put a marker to it along with a few more blemishes, looks better in one of the photos with it lit up, but you can really see the marker damage without the light on.  Obvious the seller likes it too much to want to sell it.

It appears it is gone.
If you want to view Paradise, simply look around and view it.

Wow,  it was just on a few days ago, maybe the listing expired.

Such silliness! Was there not a forum at one time not controlled by Ebay where posters could discuss and comment upon Ebay and the antics thereon?

???

Collecting! It's what I do!

Here's another Clinton Frank Bucket that sold at auction.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/167039647966

This one brought $1,200 + $11.76 shipping (and probably another $100 or so tax).

Looks pretty good, not all cracked and screwed up like most of the few that have sold in the last few years. Nose tip is a little thin but that's common with these and they all may be that way for all I know. It even has a decent handle. Congrats to the winner!

Yet another Clinton Plastics Frankenstein Candy Pail sold for 2 Grand +.

Looks like the same one that sold in April 2023 posted at the top of this page, it's even the same picture. I'm not too crazy about the paint on it, but it would be great just to have an original. I'll make do with my repop because I'm not paying anywhere near what these things sell for nowadays.

And just a few years ago between 400 and 500 dollars was considered too high.

Dr.Terror

I'm convinced that's been painted after the fact.    Looks like someone turned it upside down and hit it with green spray paint.   Does not look like factory blow mold paint.

Cheapest I've seen one sell for in a l-o-n-g time:

                                    FRANKENSTEIN - Bucket - SOLD - 5-12-2025

Still has its handle.

I put a small bid in just for laughs - even though I already have 3 of them.  Figured I could sell it for a profit or trade for something else with another collector.

Just 3 bids.

Would have sold for more if the genius had simply included "Frankenstein" in the listing title.

Looks like another resin repop sold at eBay auction for around $150 counting shipping and tax.

It's unpainted and has some rough seamlines. The seller stated he thought it was made around 10 years ago. These don't become available very often and the price has crawled up on them over the years. I bought mine around 7 years ago from an eBay seller for around $100 but it has a good paint job (classic orange with green shadows) and looks pretty good on display. I never bought an original Clinton Frank Pail because I refuse to pay anywhere near what they sell for now. The repro is as close to an original as I'll probably ever get unless I trip over one insanely cheap in a yard sale somewhere (not bloody likely). Just being able to enjoy the sculpt is worth buying a good repro imo. I have mine in a mantle Halloween display with blow mold candy containers in it.

Here's a video showing mine (around the 12 min. mark). I've added a couple of larger Tico Toys Devil and Skull candy tubes since the video was shot, and they have the original candy pellets in the plastic tubes.

I know some collectors insist on original everything but my days of dropping a grand or more on just about any collectible are done with few exceptions...like a MIP Haunted Hulk for example.

He also called it a "pail" instead of the more common "bucket".

(Anyone besides me that dislike that this thread is mis-labeled "CLINT TOYS" instead of the correct CLINTON PLASTICS name?  It has led to many people repeating it elsewhere.)
