I still have two early issues, first published in 1972 as a quarterly by
Marvel Magazine Management Inc, New York. The detailed full-page
photo reproductions have always been valuable as reference for having
my masks and model kits custom finished. The same goes for Monsters
to Laugh With except that I only have the premiere issue.
Although different publishers are named on the title pages, Stan Lee's
name appears on both. How many of each were ever printed?

They're both Marvel imprints. I have a full set, in VF, of "Monsters to Laugh With/Unlimited".
