I never followed her name or career until the grim news reports of these past few days.
Even the accounts of her miserable upbringing and failed relationships can't excuse the
gross negligence of rocketing through a residential neighborhood, ending in that spectacular
blaze of glory which could have cut short many more lives than just hers. It all reads like
the formula for a successful Hollywood biopic, the proceeds from which might just cover
all the havoc she wreaked. May your troubled soul find peace, Anne Heche.

Vincent Price once said in an interview that "Evil is real. Hollywood is one of the most evil places on earth. I'm not joking." I think Hollywood does something to some folks. I feel terrible she died like this. She was my age, give or take a few months. Sad. Whatever happened to her in Hollywood, it obviously played a role here.  I hope she has found peace.

I wasn't even aware of her existence until I saw this thread. The most crucial detail of all is that she was impaired on drugs when she crashed her car. The choices made by some people are incomprehensible.
