I attended the show myself and couldn't imagine all those vintage Halloween artifacts
coming from one collection. Sure enough, a number of contributors were credited.
Does someone here know any of them?

Shifra is the daughter of Ira, himself the son of, Nat, the brother of the eponymous Ben Cooper. Nat and Ira both worked at the company.

Polizzi is a producer on The Simpsons and wrote the book on board games, Spin Again. I *think* he owns Boney Island.

Beyond them, I'm familiar with some of the others only as IG accounts.
