What would you consider THE rarest of the rare 1960's monster items/toys? Based off of my searching the last 20+ years, I'd have to go with the vacuform plaques. They had a propensity to crack, and therefore get tossed out.

I take it that you mean the Standard Plastics Products (SPP) monster plaques.

???

Here's our founder fmofmpls posing with five of them:

Yep, that's them alright. He's just missing the Creature. I'd be happy with just one.

Evidently most of those were not his own.

Original, unrestored Don Post masks from the 60s,      specifically Hollywood Horrors and Universal Horrors (calander) .

Of course, anything in its original packaging is going to add a premium to its rarity.

Those danglers were my first choice.

I've only ever seen one photo of each. The plaque sold for 10K. I wonder how much a carded wallet would go for?

They were all produced in orange. And what you describe as pink is a muted red (unless faded).

I'll also add that the Emenee Enlarg-a-graph Monster and Horror kits are extremely uncommon, with unused examples being unknown to me though I suspect one, two, or three collectors may have the pair in their collections. The Trace-a-graph kit is only a little more common.

Was the carded one you've seen in the Kirk Hammet or Freddie Poe collection?

I wish he did, but Freddie Poe doesn't have one.
