Looks like Bettlejuice 2 is in the works.  Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder will reprise their roles.

It is unknow if Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin will return.

Hopefully the sequel comes to fruition. Beetlejuice 2 has been planned to be sequel for many years.
